NMC owns\u00a0100% of the mineral rights to all of their properties.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In February of 2025, through an executed Definitive Agreement, NMC and it’s two subsidiaries were acquired by MineralRite\u2122 Corporation<\/a> ($RITE).<\/span><\/p>\n
